Everton are now more than a quarter of the way through the 2024/25 campaign with 11 games under their belt.

There is still a lot which needs improving at Everton with the Toffees far from safe in the Premier League table with just 10 points to their name.

Although it has not been the best of starts there is still a lot to look forward to on Merseyside with The Friedkin Group receiving approval for their Everton takeover by the FA.

The potential new ownership could now be in place at Goodison Park ahead of the January transfer window which could come as a major boost.

And there already seems to be one player who could be granted an exit away from Merseyside with Sean Dyche failing to utilise him so far this season.

Everton have offered Beto to Torino in January transfer

According to TuttoSport, Everton have now offered their Portuguese striker Beto to Torino ahead of the January transfer window.

The Serie A outfit are currently facing the rest of their season without their main striker Duvan Zapata who is out through a knee injury.

However, Beto is not the only option available to Torino over the upcoming January transfer window with AC Milan’s Luka Jovic and Napoli’s Giovanni Simeone also on their radar.

James Tarkwoski has been impressed by Beto’s efforts in training but the striker has struggled to earn himself game time under Dyche.

After Beto signed for Everton in a deal worth £25m, he’s has proven to be a huge disappointment on Merseyside.

Armando Broja looks set to take Beto’s place at Everton

Clearly, there is an expectation for Beto to be offloaded in the January transfer market with the striker just not in the plans of the Everton boss.

Beto did come on and find the back of the net recently against Fulham, but he did also back that up with a point-blank miss against Southampton.

However, he is now expected to receive serious competition from Everton’s summer signing Armando Broja who has just returned to training.

Although he has played a lot as a substitute, Beto’s numbers simply have not shown any real reason for Everton to put their trust in the striker with other options soon set to return from injury.
