West Ham will have a huge decision to make this summer in regards to the future of Mohammed Kudus, with a move to Saudi Arabia on the cards.
Having all but sealed safety in the Premier League, the Irons will have an eye on decisions that will need to be made ahead of the summer transfer window.
Recruitment will be key for West Ham, though the likelihood is that several players will depart the London Stadium to make way for new additions.
As per the latest transfer news, it seems like the Hammers could be set to receive a huge bid for a player that may prove to be too good to turn down.
Kudus subject of expected Saudi bid this summer
Kudus has had a mixed campaign for West Ham this season, though his quality has remained on show more often than not.
However, the Irons may be forced to part ways with the Senegalese international after it was reported by GiveMeSport (27 March) that Al Nassr are preparing a remarkable £84million bid for the forward this summer.
Kudus is believed to have a release clause valued around the £85m mark, with the Saudi giants hopeful of sealing a deal for slightly less.
West Ham were said to have paid around £38m for Kudus in 2023, meaning the sale would see them double their return on the forward.
West Ham need to accept Kudus offer
As good as Kudus can be, his quality isn’t showcased anywhere near consistently enough for the Hammers to want to retain his services and reject a bid as significant as that.
With a summer rebuild on the cards, his sale would go a long way towards funding it for West Ham, and the likelihood is that they would be able to sign a replacement for much cheaper.
It promises to be a busy summer transfer window for the Irons, who will likely have several big decisions to make as they look to progress further under Graham Potter.
