Jason Cundy believes Sean Dyche is the right man for Everton despite fans dreaming of Jose Mourinho taking over.
The Fenerbahce boss has said that he would like to return to England with a side “at the bottom of the table” after a move to Merseyside was mooted as a potential landing spot if Dan Friedkin becomes owner.

Some supporters love the idea of the ex-Chelsea boss at Goodison, with one fan calling talkSPORT [24 October] to share his dream of Mourinho running down the touchline to celebrate a Merseyside derby win.
Cundy wasn’t sold on the idea of the 61-year-old coming, though, saying: “It’d be chaos.
“Sean Dyche right now is the best man for Everton. Don’t even talk about anyone else.”
Everton warned against replacing Sean Dyche with Jose Mourinho
The start of the campaign in the Premier League was poor and the current Toffees boss did have cause for concern over his job.
Feelings of discontent from supporters have fallen away in recent weeks after four games without defeat in the league, securing wins against Crystal Palace and Ipswich Town in that time.
With that being said, Friedkin may still look to make a change in the dugout when he potentially takes over as owner from Farhad Moshiri.
As a result, the former Roma manager has been mooted as a possible replacement option for Dyche ahead of the club’s move to the Bramley-Moore Dock stadium.
The ex-Manchester United boss has plenty of pedigree and has experience winning trophies, which fans would love to see.

Dyche is a stable option for the Toffees and until things start to go badly wrong, there is no reason for him to lose his job.
