Sean Dyche is losing the trust of Everton fans and now one player in particular is starting to get annoyed at his decision-making.
Everton dominated the possession for a change at Goodison Park, but the issue of scoring goals still remains as only a handful of the 27 chances ended up being on target.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin resumed up top for the Toffees, and he missed four chances, though he did managed to put two of them on target, which is progress.
Armando Broja and Youssef Chermiti are getting closer to returning, but it won’t be soon enough as they’re both at least a week or two away from making the squad.
It was Sean Dyche who upset an Everton player this time with one thing he failed to do for most of the second half at Goodison Park, as frustrations begin to reach the surface.
Jordan Pickford spotted shouting at Sean Dyche
Jordan Pickford was one of the only positives against Brentford, as he made a big save in the first half to keep the score at 0-0.
However, he could do nothing but watch from in-between his sticks as Everton failed to break down Brentford and lacked any sort of creativity in the second half.As you can see, Pickford was visibly frustrated after the game, complaining to Vitalii Mykolenko about what went on.
However, that’s not the only frustration he showed, as midway through the second half he could be seen screaming towards the substitutes’ bench to make a change.
Plenty of fans noticed this online.
“Pickford screaming at dyche to make changes again! Dyche hasn’t got a clue. Get him gone!”, @realnedk.
“Pickford appears to be fuming. ‘Make a ******* change’.”, @FollowEverton
“Pickford screaming at the bench to make a sub.”, @Ata1ks
Brutal honesty from Jordan Pickford
Jordan Pickford is always one to wear his heart on his sleeve.
It’s clear that he cares about Everton deeply and knows that things aren’t right at the moment.
Sean Dyche is slowly starting to lose his players due to the lack of decision-making when it matters most.
To have one of your senior players shout out like that during a match speaks volumes.
Everton fans are getting sick and tired, too, with most of them calling for his sacking
